Disclaimer not responding

When Agent opens Disclaimer and the page is not responding or the signature pad is not allowing Client to sign, please  check network coverage. 
Try and work on Tablet data and not WIFI.
Make sure all needed fields have been completed and very important the client has to tick the tick box.
Press the Refresh button as well as clear button at the bottom of the disclaimer.
Re tick the tick box and sign again. 
Press save.
